The same way they "make you" pay for your driving licence, will make you pay for your ID card etc etc,

Get caught without one you have committed a criminal offence. :?

But it will only apply to new vehicles as they wouldn't make a law retrospective would they?

If it comes in I'll be on the dole, no way will I be able to afford to work. Incedentaly, what's the road pricing on green lanes? the one's these b*****ds have not been able to steal that is?

Think I'll be fitting the box to one car and driving the other.

It's about time someone old told the lying t**t that he was elected to carry out the will of the people, not inflict his will on them.  I'd love the chance to prove he is not bullet proof...

Or I will buy some nail of a car and forget to send the v5 off

I am a generaly law abiding sort of guy but I see no way that I could obay this law and stay solvent . I HAVE to do the school run or I have to spend 3-4 hours per day on public transport or I have to get a job at a nearby school where all the kids know where I live and my life would become hell.

When the protest start, I'll be there.
