damn im always wrong, i seem to remember someone saying it was different, might be my imagination!

and i've been now told they have markers on the torsion bars, I'm ordering some longer springs and get the front end sorted so I won't get suck every time I go offroad

dont know about markers but all you gotta do is count the turns equaly till van sits even  :D
