My Colway 235/70 ATs were fitted today and seemed absolutely fine on the road.

Managed to take it down a short lane and definitely noticed the improvement over the near-bald road tyres I used to have :D

Yeah but there's a difference between wouldn't use them under ANY cuircumstance and think they're generally a good idea. If I could guarantee NEVER getting out of low box then I'd use remoulds, but personally I think they should be as illegal for highway use as bald tyres, (which is what they were until recently after all).
It seems most of the people who are against have learned the hard way, and most who are 'for' seem to be hung up on the price.
