Anyone know how to Post a Tyre.......

Ok I know how to post it, but what I want is a parcel carrier that will do it.

I have one for sale on ebay and I don't want to have to lug it to my local post officer all wrapped in brown paper! LOL

so if anyone knows a good carrier or delivery company who will collect could you let me know.

I"ve used Tuffnells to transport tyres in the past and they have been good and reasonable priced - £13 for 4 tyres anywhere in mainland Britain!.

posted 4 tyres to the isle o man & did exactly that,wrapped them up in cling film stuff,stuck labels on them & sent them via royal mail standard parcels cheaper than anyone else & arrived as 4 parcels

Why do you need to wrap them up, I was going to sell some on flea bay and just wrap the address round on a band or cardboard.  Easier for the postie to carry :D
