Wolf Rims
simondarby:
Has anyone ever tried Wolf rims on their Disco? I am hoping to visit Iceland in the Summer and thought about using some steel wheels with a set of 235/85/16 all terrains... I like the thought of using LR wheels rather than 3rd party ones. I guess using the wheels I have already makes the best financial sense!
I am concerned mostly with offset compared to the standard Freestyle alloys I have presently.
Does anyone have any they want to sell or swap for some Freestyles?

Wolf rims fit no problems but not meant for wide tyres as they are 7.5J wide i think?

I would like a set of Boost alloy's
AbyssDJ:
wolf rims are 6.5" wide... 235/85's fit perfect, and 265/75's arent a problem either, although from what i've gathered theres mixed views on fitting 265's.
however that said, bfg's 255/85's are meant to fit 6.5"-7.5" rims (if i remember right) so an extra 1cm cant make much difference ;) either way, they're fine with 235's.
Porny:
My brother (hippo on here) runs them - though with slightly smaller tyres (225x75x16 I think), and with wheel spacers...
Offset isn't too different to Freestyles... in all honesty the off set of any Land Rover Alloy is pretty small.
