Bank charges
att:
Personally I have never been overdrawn in my entire life, both personal and business.
The banks have never helped me in my business, even when I started to deal with large multi nationals like McDonalds, I did my own thing when it came to cash flow, I have some very good friends who are thankfully wealthy and could see the benefit of a good return for 14 days risk, unlike the bank who wanted my house as security, where is the risk, there isn`t any risk involved in what banks do..........They are legalised shisters.
Out of principal I now make it my business to spread my accounts over the sector to ensure that I receive nearly free banking, it may make it more difficult to monitor and consolidate my books, but it is done out of principal.
I dislike Banks intensely and their practices and brain washing, which thankfully people are beginning to see through.

just to add my penny worth my bank wont let me go overdrawen. but when they take their charges out and it goes overdrawen by them i get charged for it now thats not fair as its them that have put me overdrawn. so they are using someones elses mony to claim back mony of me

--- Quote from: "BadgersRover" ---Jolly good, i look forward to the winge your going to make when you get charged for banking because everyone has made the banks broke by taking all their money back for charges. Yes the banks overcharged but then backdating the collections is wrong. There was a contract in place saying this would happen to you if you go overdrawn which you sign when you apply for the account so therefore i think its personally wrong that it should be backdated.

This it true. People know when they go overdrawn that they are going to incur charges - it is in the terms and conditions of their account.
Of course if all these people get their charge back then the customers who operate their account correctly may get penalised, after all:
Banks are in business to make money -they are not a charity so when you take their money they will charge you.
They are lending you their money when you go overdrawn

And the shyster bank I used to work for made an absolute mint every day. Not from their customers who go overdrawn but from the ones they play BIG, and by christ do I mean BIG money.
You and me and the other "little" people don't make them that much money.

Exactly.
