Pinin Problem...
« on: December 10, 2006, 13:01:24 »
Hi,

Our Pinin is showing a flashing light on the centre diff when you first start it up, it goes off after a while when you drive. Any hints before we have to take it somewhere?

We've tried it in all modes, it drives best in 4x4 mode, but I can't see/feel any hint of centre diff wind up.

IIRC this means that its in the process of disengaging the 4x4. Have had it on the Pajero and it took a good few hours to go away. Did it clear in the end?
I must confess the the activities of the UK governments for the past couple of years have been watched with frank admiration and amazement by Lord Vetinari. Outright theft as a policy had never occured to him.

Have the Mitsi service manual about someplace, will have a look and text you if I find anything.
