Hello,

No, not really... but I feel like it.

Just spent a week on the Kennet & Avon Canal...  very nice...  

Got a little damp  :shock:   and conquered the Devizes Lock Flight (including the Caen Hill Locks) twice !

Would definitely recommend it as a holiday..

Did it myself about 10 years ago, Had a very good time,
Car felt very fast after a week traveling at 5mph.

 :lol:   We found that...  also, because we spent most of the time on the boat, standing on solid ground was quite odd  :)

A friend of mine lives permanantly on a narrow boat. He is currently building a new one. Had the steel shell build professionally and is now in the long process of fitting it out to just the way he wants it. When he gets fed up of the scenery, he just moves his 'house' to another spot!
