There's no Vauxhall section so I picked this "room"  Soory if I've got it wrong :(

My sister-in-law has just bought a Frontera and wants to "see what it's like off-road" :) so before I go and break it for her, (coz that's what usually happens) I thought I'd find out a bit about them.  :)

It's a 1997 2 litre petrol, LWB

What kind of 4 wheel drive system has it got?  I know it has selectable 2 wheel, 4 wheel high and 4 wheel low, but does it have a centre diff and therefore can it be driven on tarmac in 4 wheel high etc

That would imply that it has a transfer box, so no centre diff :wink:

Cheers for the quick reply, but there's a transfer box on my mates Range Rover plus a centre diff.
