newbie quick jeep question

Silly question but have you hosed the rad clean from front AND rear?

well i went to manby

the hottest it got was around 103 maybe 105 thats just short of the next notch after the middle mark, red starts at about 120

is this normal ?


also it only seamed to get hotter when i drove for about 1 hour with mud all over the front caked, it was black now its a shade of brown/clayish colour

oh one more point towed out a proper landrover and a disco they where stuck where the jeep had passed and a standard jeep on 30-9.5-15 green way machos

ive had a few overheatin problems with mine too..... when you fill the radiator up fill it with the j33p facing uphill.... the steeper the better. this will help to ensure there are no air locks in the heater matrix.
