so at 15 mpg (hoping :D:D ) 270 miles on gas..so 300 miles per tank should be a possibility allowing for the actual amount of gas allowed into the tank...is there a gauge on the tank -or just the LEDS on the control box?

My tank has a gauge on which the LED's run off - but it is about as accurate as the LED's. It is much easier to just work out how far you can go on a tank full and fill up accordingly.

As a rule an 80 litre tank will just about hold 60 litres, they have to have an air space above the liquid fuel.
My LSE has an all singing all dancing multipoint as does RRR and it's geat, when you run our it goes back to petrol, it wont run on LPG until the engine is at 28 deg either so no hesitancy when cold either.
And because it's multipoint there is no loss in power either.

36p litre - wow! Wish it were that cheap down t'South - cheapest I can find is 46.9
Still at 9-10mpg its still much better than petrol

My Disco runs on LPG only since the petrol pump conked out about a year ago! Starts no problem just takes a few more turns of the starter. Only problem I had was when I had a coolant leak, the vapouriser iced up! Kettle of worm water sorted that out though
