I know what you mean, my sister took RRR in for a mid box (well she had blown it into peices somehow :shock: ) and next thing I know it's had a coiple of hundred quids worth of full system on it.  I'm not having a go at her, they make a very convincing arguament but I'm not impressed.  I always go to my local guy, I might have to wait a day for the parts but he never rips me off.

I reckon that the tread limit that really needs to be changed is that for motorbikes of 5occ or under ..... the current limit is discernable tread pattern

Wait till they bring in the Max 5 yearold tyre age limit.
It'll cause chaos with low mileage classics owners.

I went to an ATS in Essex a couple of weeks ago, with a flat from our LRO 130.

And because it had an inner tube they wouldn't repair it! they said " we dont hold inner tubes any more, we only repair tubeless wheels"
