dvla rant aaarrrrgggghhhh

in july i declared my 125 as sorn (online) at the same time i filled in the log book and sent it to dvla ,as a good boy does lol ,this morning what do i get a fine for not declaring my 125 as sorn ....  :twisted:

i phoned up dvla just to bang my head against the wall ,explained the situation and the woman on the end of the phone even told when id sorn'd the bike, but because i am the new keeper it gets cancalled out  :roll:  :twisted:  so now i have to fill in an appeal letter and wait


i bet i dont get off                               bloody jobsworths :evil:  :evil:

Must be the day for it...   I got one through this morning for one of the 90s.

SORNd it when we did the transfer...  hadn't twigged that we needed to re-SORN it as the new keeper....

A friend of mine had the same problem, He opted to appeal and won, Its worth a try, Suspect there are a lot of screw ups at the DVLA.

Surely the have to PROVE the vehicle is being used ON the road! I would give it a go.

still waiting for V5C's to come through for 2 vehicles...ive sold one on since i sent off for it!!!
