Help please RR wont start 1990 3.9efi

Hi
As the nights are darker for longer now the old girl has decided she wont start.
Ive got a slow white spark aprox 1 per second{could be a bit faster but not a lot}
99% sure we have  fuel but have not wound it over and over and over .
She cut out on me on saturday so i walked home returned with the other motor and magic she started .Started loads of times sunday no probs .ok mon tue, Wed cut out on me once and this morning cut out on me in front of next doors drive so winched myself home from a tree in the garden.
So hope did not make her better

Ah she wont fire on petrol or lpg

If my battery is discharged it won't fire up, you nedd 12volts for the electronic ignition.
