Tyre sizes

Hi
At the moment have Bf Goodrich Trac Edge 7x16s fitted to my 90 on standard rims.  These are almost worn now and i understand they are no longer available.  What id like to know is what is the largest tyre i can fit before i need to start lifting and moding arches.  I want an all terrain tyre.

BFG A/T's in 238/85/16 or BFG Comercials (the trac edge replacement) in the same size

265/75-16 in BFG AT's would be about as big as you can go :) (I know they fit, i run same size BFG-MT's)

was hoping to run a set of 265/75-16 BFG AT's as silverline have got some good prices with alloys.
