well there seems to be a nip in the air at the moment
and as usual the heater in the discovery is only blowing warm air
the temp gauge rises to normal temp quite quickly
and warm air comes through the heater but it is only warm air
and never gets hot even when only on fan setting 2
so what are the best ways to get heat out of my heater
and save me from wearing thermal underware to work

Mine's pretty much the same, although I managed to increase the air temperature by a few degrees from warmish to warm by thoroughly flushing theough the heater rad with the hosepipe repeatedly in both directions this weekend.

It's still not ace though.  I think in my case the water is taking the easiest route via the LPG vapouriser rather than the heater so rather than as it is now, tee-ing off both heater pipes I may change the plumbing so it goes into the heater then the LPG...

Hi had a problem with mine thought it had water prob all it needed was bleding properly air in system. The heater materix (prob spelt wrong) is a little sod to get all air out. hope this helps. Andy

had the same problem with mine.  i took off the viscous fan and replaced with Kenlowe.  this allowed me to set cut in temp for the  cooling fan and allowed the  engine runing temp to rise to  normal level. thus giving more heat to the cabin and also helping fuel economy. :D

I just run with no fan at all. now if I can just get my blowers to work I might get some heat :roll:
