Number plate

(1/3) > >>

Snooky:
Does it have to be right at the front, on the bumper, front of the car etc
Have seen some Defenders with them on the front vents, is this legal, hate smashing em off with branches etc, or it this just for off roading and looking semi legal...

Paul:
Anywhere on the front of the vehicle providing it is clearly visable.

Front of roofrack, on dash vents, accross grill.

I've had mine in all thoses locations and never had a problem with the boys in blue or MOT.

HTH

bezzabsa:
can be a bit 'iffy' if you use the stick on type on the edge of the bonnet tho'!

hobbit:
Used the sticky plate type on the Lightweight bonnet edge, for a couple of years until it peeled off, neve had any probs, and that included mots and spot checks on the roadside either

Guardian.:
technically you can no longer use the stick on plates they are illegal, but one of our defenders has one over the front of bonnet and nothing has been said, although i was told by authority i should have a proper plate on the front but he is a mate!
i think you would be unluck to get nicked with a stick on, at least you have something.
