I'm hoping to buy a Land Rover in the next couple of weeks, and I've got my eye on a rather nice ex-military LR 90 diesel hardtop. I'm told it's in pretty good nick, new tyres, new gearbox.
What should I look for when I go to inspect it, and how much should I expect to pay?
