Can I put one shot grease in the steering box?

I read last night that you can put one shot grease in the steering box. Opened the box up of my new purchase last night and there looks to be nothing much in the way of lubrication in there at all. Does anyone have any preferences they can share?

IMO Stick with EP90 or 80w90 as per the specification for the steering box

It's just infront of where your brake and clutch master cylinders are.  It will be a bit further down, but quite simply just follow the steering column and you will find the box. ;)
