I run Goodyear MTRs, very similar to BFGs in almost every way - the difference being your preferance i think - bit like the debates we used to have at school over whether my commodore 64 is better than your ZX spectrum!

amazons do fit, i have them on mine although on standard alloys, no problems, i am fitting them to eight spokes in a couple of weeks for a slightly wider track. my mate fitted grizzly claws which is what i wanted but they foul the arches and start to cut chunks off the tyres. absolutly brilliant tyres but the grizzly claws definatly have the edge over them.
