You will soon start to ache putting anything bigger than M8 by hand if you have more than 5 or so, used to use pnuematic ones at work but sometimes we had to put them in by hand if not enough room.
Great once in tho, far better than self Tappers

Little metal ones that come with the LR rear lamp guards - I'm guessing that there's more than one type (I know they come in different sizes)
