Well i should never had got up!!!!!!!!

ere goes i get up to go to work at 6:30am this morning, on my out of my village i come to a junction where a 17ton rigid is stoped!!!!! so to me he has no indicator on either so i go out around him to find that the only place i can go into is between two parked cars, which makes me stationary now low and behold he turns into the road i came out off!!!!!! guess wot happens next his rear over hang miss the first car and takes me out all the way up the side of my landy i was beeeping my horn etc etc and he still carried on :evil:  :evil:  :evil:  :evil:  He gets out of the cab and says, why did i pull out, i say well i thought u was letting me out as i could not reverse and he made no attempt at reversing either and as i thought that it was clear on the other side of the truck thats why he was staionary :roll:  :roll:  :roll:  so i also explained to him that obviously he was not checking his mirrors or he would not have struck me(before anyone jumps to his defense im a class1 driver and know its our resonsebilty for checking ur mirrors when turning to watch ur overhang)

Now the damge is quiet bad he has ruined me front drivers wing door mirror and rear panel and wheel arch!!!!! :evil:  :evil:  :evil:  so i can see this being a insurance night mare :roll:  :roll:  :?  :?  as th cost of the rear panel and a door and wing :?  and the paint job to match mine :? ..

yer im fine just mega angry i know its silly to be angry but it annoys me knowing that i was stationary and he should have been checking his mirrors but he kept going :evil:  :evil:  thanks for ur concern debbie :D

Oh man that sucks. Glad you are ok but did he have music blaring or some head phones on? Why didnt he stop when he heard you blowing your horn :evil: Some people really shouldnt be on the roads :( Hope you dont have too much hassle with the insurance over it all!

he just looked at me blank so im not sure wot he thinking he knew i was there
