Bloody Renault

On the Scenic, the fuse box is down the right hand side of the steering wheel, below the switchs, behind a little panel.

I've had a poke, nothing in the footwell or under the steering column.
Surely that tiddly 10 blad fuse box i found earlier cant be it?

Sadly it appears not.
For the 5th time now i've scoured the car from front to back, boot footwells and engine bay but to no avail. I've even lifted carpets and removed just about every plastic panel in case its hidden but still cant find it :(
