I think my first discription may be misleading when I said down the right hand side of the steering wheel. The fuse box on our Scenic is between steering colum and door, on facia just on right knee level.
Dave K:
I know the feeling! :(bloodshot):
I've got a Clio, (for Tarmac use!), & the central locking/immobiliser are connected.
Water dribbles in thro' the aerial,& the thing shuts down!
It's so theft-proof, even the owner can't use the car?
Had to drag it to a Dealer to fix!
If it wasn't so low mileage, I'd save up, buy a can of petrol, & torch it!

That faults been there since the Phase 2 Clio! Mrother's RSI used to do it till I treated the receiver to a bath in epoxy. Theres just no way to stop it leaking.
