OH tomcat a man of me heart......I dont have the name MINIMAN for no reason. Yeh bring back TAX exemtion but not on them series 3s....LMAO only joking jim....he he. Yeh if a car has lasted this long why sould it not become tax exempt. The MOT test is getting so tight now if the dam thing is still on the road it should have some grace......
Just them gits in goverment would be losing money so it wont happen but its a con if ya ask me.

my first car was an mk2 ford escort van fitted with a 2.0ltr pinto engine world cup cross member,bilstines,droped single leaf springs,mk2 rs rear axle,rs gear box,oh what fun that motor was 110mph with 6cwt in the back.... :D :D :D :D

I fit a 1750cc Maxi in one of my Minis now try and tell me that was not fun....12in all round and OVERDRIVE on the gear leaver not that ya ever needed it..... Now that was a top toy....

In the 80s my daily drive was a V8 Ford corsair ,the lump was out of a
SDI Rover, axle tramp or what -7j wheels with Goodyear G800 tyres
lowering blocks ,scaffold bar cross member, oh what joy!Boy-racer
