Hi everyone does anybody know the cheapest place for a galvanised chassis for a 90? I am set to rebuild my landy this winter and if i can afford it would like to put a galvanised chassis under her.

Thanks

Someone advertises in LROinternational magazine, think theyre approx £900+vat. (Dont quote me on that though).

Spot on the money Trug, http://www.richardschassis.co.uk/ are well known for their chassis, and are doing Galv 90" for £895+vat

snezza69:
The alternative I took, was to use an existing chassis, strip it, repair any bits (most parts you can get off the shelf) and take it to a galv shop yourself.

I bought a 110 chassis off ebay that required a new rear X member and an outrigger, replaced them (never done it before) and took it to a galv place in Hereford, the whole thing cost about £600.

I'm sure a 90 would be a bit cheaper!

It only took a few weeks from start to finish!

I think I have just got a 110 TD5 chassis from ebay for £50. Just waiting for them to get back to me.
