I bought a 110 chassis off ebay that required a new rear X member and an outrigger, replaced them (never done it before) and took it to a galv place in Hereford, the whole thing cost about £600.

I'm sure a 90 would be a bit cheaper!

It only took a few weeks from start to finish!

I think I have just got a 110 TD5 chassis from ebay for £50. Just waiting for them to get back to me.
