GALVANISED CHASSIS

--- Quote from: "snezza69" ---The alternative I took, was to use an existing chassis, strip it, repair any bits (most parts you can get off the shelf) and take it to a galv shop yourself.
I bought a 110 chassis off ebay that required a new rear X member and an outrigger, replaced them (never done it before) and took it to a galv place in Hereford, the whole thing cost about £600.
I'm sure a 90 would be a bit cheaper!
It only took a few weeks from start to finish!

I think I have just got a 110 TD5 chassis from ebay for £50. Just waiting for them to get back to me.
