Thick disc or thick me?
« on: August 27, 2006, 15:59:05 »
What's the thickness of a new front disc on a Disco 1 and assuming wear is even at what thickness does it need to be replaced.

Many thanks.

Typically modern disks need swapping every 2 to 3 sets ofpads fitted.  Of course the original disks may last longer but moderns disks are softer to account for the asbestos free materials used, like ground fish bones for one :?
