I had a similar thing 16 years ago, when I was 22 weeks pregnant with the chimp-boy; they suspected pulmonary embolism then too!! -Aren't arterial bloods fun!! (NOT!!!) It turned out to be pleurisy; I had to have a radioisotope lung scan, I was terrified for the rest of the pregnancy that I would have a glowing, radioactive baby!! (Fortunately, he didn't glow!!)

Its scary how common things like this turn out to be, especially for women during pregnancy.

i had a stroke 22 years ago when i was 25.
.
3 days in hospital, lots of tests, bed baths the lot.
then they kicked me out with an inconclusive as well, been ok though so far
