muddydigger:
Im trying to change my engine over from a 3.5 to a 3.9. I have the complete new engine wiring and computer ect. But how the hell do you get  to the bolt at the back of the bell housisng to undo them??? this is the only thing stopping me

FITZ4X4:
They are all do able but some are a bit of a struggle.  You can get to the ones high round the side of the engine with a socket on a long extension from the gearbox tunnel opening inside the car.

clbarclay:
In the past I have used several extensionsm, approx 3 long and 1 medium extensions, had the t-bar/ratchet behind the transphere box, above the drum brake and worked the t-bar/ratchet from below.

Doesn't it help to slacken the engine mounting bolts as this lets the whole caboodle tilt a bit?

I managed it but I think I used ring spanners the 'wrong' way round. It wasn't easy I do remeber that!

You've got to do them up agains as well!

Don't miss the one just above the passengers right foot.......

Learned some of my choicest words with that one, as it also had a cable Pclip on it back to front so I couldn't feel it...let alone see it !!

Good Luck
