Possibly they have been changed by previous owner and dont come forwards?

Or possibly the runners have seized. Try sitting in the back with the seat tilted forward & give them a good push with your feet??

mmmmm

They slide backwards and forwards fine......in fact they slide backwards right off the runners and come loose....but they definitely don't tilt...

I reckon someone stuck some four dor seats in it when they bobbed it now y'know

Dan...it's a two door / two seat SUV dude......doesn't have a back seat...(unless you call sitting on the petrol tank the back seat!!)

Thanks P4203...I'll think about that but I am seriously considering buckets and harnesses and getting serious (mailny due to ending up with sprog AND dog on my lap around Hawes last week over a bump!!)

Problem I have with all of this y'see is a mahooosive petrol tank just inside the tail gate...meaning all tools / recovery gear etc all go behind the seats...which is a reet ass to get at...

quick release tilting buckets is my ultimate plan.....mmmmmmmmmmmmm

Just throw the rat/dog in the back, put sprog in there as well and have recovery equipment in the front where its easy access lmao

Martin, did you get the seats sorted?
Never had any probs with my old 2 door, pop round if you like and I'll have a look, tell you if they are the same or someone's b*gg*r*d them.
Best Cheers

99.99999999 % convinced they are four door seats Frank as there are no levers anywhere on them....

Am I right in thinking that due to laws of physics / stress / tension whatever, that tilting seats would not have built in seatbelts ?

Seatbelts in mine are attached entirely within the seat...which would surely fold up and assist in flattening oneself in a crash

Where are you located...will see if I can escape enough to pop round sometime soon......

Cheers
