Bush Tucker Man:

Didn't she co-write for 'I'm Sorry, I Haven't A Clue' & ' The Smith Lectures'???

TDi90:

You and me both, but Kirsty MacColl did at least write some fun songs.

I have a friend called Linda Smith, so the poll freaked me out a little.  She just replied to an e-mail, so I can assume it's another Linda Smith.

LandRoger:
None of the above bothered me -like the demise of my Trusty , Loyal,Loveing, Springer spaniel BAZ ! Named after faulty,

abinitio:
Linda and Kirsty both had talents but who else was appalled by the way the sheep of this country fell to peices when Diana died. Never seen such a waste of grief in my life. It's sad that a family lost it's mother, sister etc, but no more than when anyone else (Mira Hindly et al excluded) dies. Four british soilders died last week protecting this countries interests(lets not discuss rights and wrongs of where they are) not out on the razz with boyfriend and the country isn't in morning.

Chris Penn dying was more upsetting than those mentioned above though I still wasn't too worried.
