squeeky noise from engine

Super paj boy:
got this horrable squeel from wot sound like a belt or pump. is there a comon prob or i just the only one, only happens for about 5 mins of driving or till engine warmed up, Its gets louder the faster the engine revs :oops:

you havnt got cam belt so thats a +, probably alternator belt or one of the others, at worst it could be your water pump or alternator, start with belts, check for cracking of belts also, do you know when it was last serviced.

i only bought it 2 months ago the garage said it was done then but i not 100% about that. the oil is a bit watery

if you aint 100% sure its been serviced, then get it done. I was told mine had been " fully serviced" ( my arse). its the only way to be sure :wink:

you meen there is water in the oil? or its thin?
if it was from a dealer take it back and get them to check it.
