Typical japanese spends more time on its wing mirrors than on its wheels

I used to have a Rascal (the Bedford version) when I was racing bikes, it doubled as a changing room/umberella/bike-shed.

I never tried a 'Scandinavian Flick', but it did once scare me witless by swapping ends on a wet roundabout (half-way up Marsh Way in Wakefield for anyone who knows it)
Admittedly it was very, very, manoeuvrable & could park in minute spaces

On the flip-side, it was absolutely hopeless in the mud that usually acted as a car-park at Cyclo-Cross & mountain-bike races
