Since ihit 40 years old i have been on a mission to retire from work early and have lumped money in a Pension plan to pay for that day,
Well that day will be here on Friday thats when its all over for me -no more slavery! but ive just had the thought what shall i do on Monday?
think this is going to harder than i thought -things to keep me busy erm!
 :idea: i know i will go laning  go find some forgotten ones etc - then Tuesday look for a part time job , :roll:  :roll:

How about making yourself feel good inside and doing some voluntary work for a couple of days a week, Oxfam, RSPCA, etc are always needing help.

I have some bricklaying , and a kitchen that needs ripping out and refitrting, and a bathroom, etc etc etc

LUcky so and so.. I hit 40 in 4 weeks.....gonna start counting backwards now.. at least my real age will match my mental age - eventually :D:D:D:D

Get yourself an old series landy - take it apart - store the parts in no logical order -  accidentally throw away some vital parts  -  then try to reassemble it again.   That should kill a year or two.

Some good suggestions there peeps, definitly going to get a project or 2,
Jeff i have just hit 57 m8, only 8 years early in the retirement stakes -but want to enjoy life and do a few different things in life that working full time stopped me doing ,visit relitives in Canada and Australia for a few months-didnt ever think that a couple of weeks was worth it,
