SMason0877:
I was wiring in some front spots this weekend on my vitara,  I noticed on connecting the wire to the main beam that it didnt matter what wire i attached it too there was always power there, even if my lights werent on.  Now im assuming the switching some how works by earthing the connection via the switch in the cab?  In which case i assume i need to get some kinda on/off switch wiring into the cab??

Any help appreciated

Frankie-Boy:
This isn't going to help much but on the Vitara I used to own, I also fitted spots and had one heck of a job sorting it out, an electrician friend did it for me in the end, i'll get in touch with him and ask him how he did it.

SMason0877:
Thanks again.

I was thinking about using a seperate switch to operate them.  Might just bite the bullet and pay someone to do it.   :?
