:lol: As Mr Clarkson has so affectionately named the traffic officers the wombles, here we have the wombles of the M11 in a nice D3 in fact they had 3 at this van fire, managed to get a picture.

I did say they were the traffic officers (didn't metion police), they are part of the highways agency

Allegedly Jeremy Clarkson named them the wombles as all they do is pick up litter from the roads  :lol:  just like the wombles of wimbledon common  

A bit of a dig at the governments new highways plans...
