:lol: As Mr Clarkson has so affectionately named the traffic officers the wombles, here we have the wombles of the M11 in a nice D3 in fact they had 3 at this van fire, managed to get a picture.

I did say they were the traffic officers (didn't metion police), they are part of the highways agency   :wink:

Yep,, Essex F&R

Allegedly Jeremy Clarkson named them the wombles as all they do is pick up litter from the roads  :lol:  just like the wombles of wimbledon common  :wink:

A bit of a dig at the governments new highways plans...

Not quite true,, they do a little more than that.
