on http://forum.dorset4x4.com/Topic2258-46-2.aspx the second Series vid (bottom of page) is my truck with low selected you can hear the noise it makes!!

I guess it's serious ;)

The other vid is high 2 wheel drive, but it's ok in high 4wd too, no noise.

If I were you I'd drain the oil if there is any, from the transfer box and take the bottom cover off, you may find it's something obvious, It's not hard to take the intermediate gears out and look at the bearings either.
