Sorry to put the cat among the pigeons but I fitted nelly's myself.I informed the insurance N.F.U. They had no problem (Mind you I didnt tell them i fitted it,I will admit)And it went trough the next M.O.T. and consiquent ones o.k.And one of the garages offered to do the right paper work to keep everyone "happy" So I suppose the point is dont rush to hand over the folding
