from front nearside wheel on full lock.

Is this a wheel bearing problem??  :?:

Dont forget to check your tyres aint catching anything on full lock.

OK - I think it is actually a CV joint on the way out.

Is this safe to drive with or not?

I don't know if its safe or not, but i'd get it fixed 1st thing then you dont need to worry anymore.
