Hi, not to sure but we have one here haveing front end repairs & the headlamp panels look the same but could do with a better pic of them, see if he'll take a close up for you, better still i'll ask him as it sound like he's in a bodyshop, shame it's not a 3 door :wink: ,

Hi, just thoght where the doors are, but thinking about it the shells could be the same, will see if i can find out a bit more info, it's not that far from me, proberbley about 10 miles or so,

If it's a 3 door then it's a 200, I don't think I've ever seen a 300 3 door, even the Commericals became 5drs

Dont know if that's any use ?, will wait to here from the seller.

I'd be very surprised if that's a three door. I'd have expected some interior panels over where the rear doors are.

4 years outside with only primer on it. I'd be very worried. Primer doesn't form a very good barrier from water and if anything soaks water. So the body could be in a poor state after that length of time sat outside.

Definitely 5 door. Although I do believe the shells were built to be adaptable between 3 or 5 door with fairly minimal work.

Looking at the headlamp panels on that I'd put my money on it being a 300 shell - aren't the headlamp recesses rectangular on a 89-94 model?

Unless it's a V8 shell  :roll:  :lol:  :lol:

Definitely a TD5, the shape of the rear wheel arches in the bottom corner of the rear doors are curved unlike the 90 deg angle on 200/300 ie the bit that rusts.
