With the majority of hosepipe bans you are allowed to fill up your swimming pool or pond

Fill that up then put the pipe for the powerwasher in it...

Why do we put up with the water companies telling us when and how to use water.
Can you imagine if the electricity people said, " erm...sorry but we are P*ss*ng away power due to the fact that we havent spent any real money on maintenence in the last 50 years, so you can only use your cookers twice a day and your tv for an hour a day, by the way we are putting up your prices even though we still made a 20 million pound profit last year"

There would a riot....but we accept it from the water companies....WHY?
