Depends! the large vehicles are not alweays so good! there was a unimog at whaddon last weekend and on the soft gound it just sunk upto the headlights we tried to pull it out with five motors but it wouldnt budge! eventually it came out with a series of winches and snatch blocks! i know that i certinally got a lot more off roading in than the driver of the unimog last weekend!

In answer to the question I would prefer to drive a 110 but I already have 2 LWT’s and 2 V8 hybrids and just recently bought a brand new Zafira, the only reason I went for the Zafira was essentially a price thing that and the wiflet forced me to buy the damn thing.

The Zafira is a nice enough motor and indeed it fits our 3 children and their various car seats into it and also fits the double pushchair in, so whilst on occasion we carry 7 people we usually only carry five which means we gain the large boot space.  This was certainly the wiflet’s argument for buying it saying that a 12-seated 110 was having too much unused seating.

This all said we sold her P38 last year and she still whines and moans about selling it (don’t even get me started on her selling the Rolls Royce she got given as a present from her ex husband) and I almost convinced her to buy another but alas there isn’t that many real nice 4.6L on the market at the right price when you really want one. (Next week no doubt ten of the damn things will be up for sale now we have not got the cash).

Just need to convince her to buy me a MUD number plate for at least one of the landrovers, though if anyone has BNT67K, BNT65K, BNT64K or BNT68K and wants to sell it give me a shout
