I hate to be different but I'm pretty sure that 205/75/16's would fit a standard Vitara.
205's are only 1.5 inches in diameter larger than stock tyres. :)
Best to get rid of the rubbish stock Vitara rims and get a wheel with a better off-set.

195's have loads of clearance with 1" lift.
And Damon is right, the rims are bloody Awful, ask Muddy :shock:
