(1/2) > >>

bezzabsa:
Does anyone else ride a Bandit? if so can you recommend a good quality rear tyre, not too 'sticky'and capable of motorway miles, mine is 2 year sand 5000 miles old and very square in the centre.. standard fitment Battlax..160/60 16 zr (i think)
cheers

Bulli:
Mine always went better on Michelins///id look for dual compound but to be honest havnt bough anything but sports or enduro/crosser tyres for a few years now.

poorman:
I used to have a motorbike tyre shop and probably the best tyre you can get for what you need is a bridgestone battlax bt 020, it's dual compound, hard centre with soft edges so doesn't square off too quick but still has the grip for corners sold hundreds of em and never had any complaints, if you want something cheaper try and get hold of metzeler mez4.

sparkes:
yep BT 020, but thats probably what you have already.

5000 miles on a rear is actually very good. Its about as good as I have got in the past on my Old ST, the new one has only done 1000 miles so cannot comment on that yet

wing nut:
my tyres only lasted about 2000 miles untill i stopped doing silly burnouts
