Decided to whip the intercooler out tonight as I dont need to drive her till the weekend. And......... :shock: My God, I thought the 200tdi intercooler I cleaned last year was dirty. This one is unbelievable. At first glance the hoses seem in good condition but full of oil deposits and crud. No wonder she is struggling :? Intercooler is full of parasene at the minute. Gonna let it soak overnight.

well just rang the "man that can" :D he says i can pick up my disco tom at 7 after i finish work so cool i can have a play and see the results my self thanks guys for all your input

What a great cheap mod :D As people have said, much smoother and pulls noticably better at low revs. Much better from standstill.
