Remote Servo ...
Tikirocker:
Actually I have no idea what it's from but the guy that gave it to me is a Land Rover guy and he seemed to think it would work fine - it's the right size thats for sure. I tried looking for brand names or markings on the Servo but there's nothing but a few numbers.

I'm sure it will work, it's just that Muddyweb was looking for a remote servo for his 2b project and is finding them reasonably hard to come by, kinda figured that it'd be usefull to know what that one was off :)
Tikirocker:
Ahhh ok, yeah they are pricey when you buy them also. I have seen them priced around $600 Aussie new or refurbished but luckily this bloke just handed it to me for nix and I walked off with it ... he was also happy to give me a lefthand door skin on gratis as well as a rare as rockinghorse sh*t mounting bracket for a truck cab that I desperately needed.
Land Rover people are like that ... ;)
Litch:
The S/H one I used years ago was off a Rover 2000 but you can still buy the same unit for vehicles such as the MGB. I bought a new one for my wifes MGB GT a couple of years ago and a genuine Lockheed one was £100+VAT from an MG specialist.
