I passed by today (11:30) on my way to foreign shores (the land of the enemy - Red Roses) & then back later(16:00)

Saw the 'Land Rover Experience' team in action at their Yorkshire outpost at Coniston Cold on the way up, took some photos (G4 Range Rover on the course)

The 'National Museums;
Film, Photography & TV (haven't been for years)
National Railway Museum (wonderful place, I want to take 'Mallard' home with me)
Armouries (the 'Hall Of Steel' is ultra-impressive!)
are all free now, as they come under the umberella of the Science Museum

SMason0877:
I agree about the armouries its excellent...as the photography museum it had a face lift a few years ago....its well worth a visit :)
