Erm, where in Whitby is Dracula's castle?  Whitby has links with Dracula/Bram Stoker, but there aint:

A castle
A Dracula grave
Vampires
Blah blah blah

There is the cool Dracula Museum though.  Perhap not too good for kids.

Having worked in Whitby for 5 years I learnt to hate it with a passion.  It's great for visitors, but it's all hills and narrow roads, and has a chronic shortage of parking spaces.  The best part about working in Whitby was the journey there and back, over the North Yorkshire Moors.  But, alas, that was before I discovered the joys of off-road driving.   :(

Bush Tucker Man:
That used to be a great road over Wheeldale Moor before it was tarmacced,

And some nice fords at Grosmont :D

Wanderer:
Richard,

Royston Vasey-By-The-Sea

That went Whooossshhhhh........

What's that about?

Ed
PS
Royston Vasey sounds like a cabaret singer a la Wheeltappers and Shunters Club

Bush Tucker Man:
Right Ed.
Royston Vasey is the town in 'The League Of Gentlemen'

Filey is a weird 'inbred' place. All the shops seem to shut at 14'00 on a Saturday afternoon (bar the amusements)

The last time we went, the mother-in-law wanted to buy a knitting pattern book from a shop, but the woman wouldn't sell it to her unless she bought all the wool there & then - that's without deciding what to knit.
LikeI said ; weird!

Cabaret singer, close but no cigar! Royston Vasey is(I understand) the real nameo fthat obnoxious 'comic' Chubby Brown.

'Wheel-Tappers & Shunters Social Club', blimey that's going back some time!!!
The youngsters like Andy (is it 'Big Bro' today?) won't remember that.

Next thing you'll be reminsicing about 'TheGood Old Days' with Leonard Sachs :D  (indupitably & indominantly!!!)

Bush Tucker Man:
just noticed, your avatar script reminds me of that old TVadvert for 'Tunes'

" A First Class Ticket To Nottig-ham, Please!"  (where's the 'N'?? :D )
