Followed the advice given by all and yes, off side CV joint in many pieces in a pile at the bottom of the swivel housing................was going to get around to putting the oneshot grease in I had bought, honest!!  :roll:

Order now in at Paddocks. Will be doing both sides and the swivel whilst I have all the tools out and it's up on stands, so as I'll be working on the disco outside, I can guarrantee a wet weekend in the Telford area. It'll probably snow knowing my luck!

Have a good look at the end of the half-shaft. Last time I mashed a CV joint it also stripped the splines on the half -shaft.

I had seen that stuff on ebay and thought it worth a try, but forgot it existed in the rush to get back on the road. Apparently it can be mixed with oneshot grease. What do you think though?
